The first Aotearoa International Film Festival in Hong Kong will bring together two cultures heavily influenced by movies, during an exciting 3-day event in 2024.

The inaugural Aotearoa International Film Festival in Hong Kong AIFFHK2024 will provide a platform to celebrate and showcase the art of filmmaking in New Zealand. We’ll bring filmmakers, industry professionals, and film enthusiasts together to appreciate and honour the creative achievements of NZ filmmakers.
The festival will be an opportunity for the New Zealand community in Hong Kong (3000+ NZ residents in HK) to come together in a newly formed multi-cultural event to celebrate both NZ & HK cinema.
